Condo Florida Keys’s condo features central A/C and is fully tiled throughout. Our master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen cable TV, DVD player and en suite full bathroom.

The second bedroom has two full / standard sized double beds, cable TV and VHS player and sleeps up to 4 people. There is a second full bathroom next to this bedroom.

The living area is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. A sofa bed in the living area can sleep an additional 2 people. There is a large screen cable TV, region free DVD player and stereo unit. There is also a utility room with a washer and dryer off the kitchen. Local calls and WiFi are free!

Recent upgrades to the condo include a complete make-over of the second bathroom into a handicap friendly walk-in shower. The installation has top quality fittings and tiles and strongly mounted towel rails with increased floor space. The condo has also been freshly painted throughout.

Please feel free to use the tennis rackets and balls, the snorkeling gear and pool toys and games that we have left for you to enjoy during your stay, we are sure you will love it here as much as we do here at Condo Florida Keys!

The balcony off the living area looks out across the Kawama Yacht Club Marina, the ocean, swimming pool and a protected wildlife preserve area. Sit out on the balcony with a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise then head down to the pool for a morning swim!

Please note that pets are not permitted and the condo is non-smoking.
